Edgewood Baptist Church exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ by gathering, growing, giving and going with the gospel, all for the glory of God. We are seeking to build our staff team with a qualified and proficient Administrative Pastor. As a pastor, he will shepherd God’s people and as an administrator he will take the lead in day-to-day operations necessary for the execution of Edgewood’s mission and vision. This includes financial management, human resources, and organizational development. He will also be responsible for evaluating and implementing processes, systems, and policies that build and support our ministry so that our teams are aligned and supported. We are seeking to build our staff team with a Children’s Ministry Director to provide leadership, care, and strategic planning for the growing children’s ministry of Edgewood. The Children’s Ministry Director is responsible to provide a discipling environment where the gospel message can take root in the hearts of children leading them to become lifelong followers of Christ. Partnering with parents, caregivers, and grandparents, the Children’s Ministry Director will lead and train a team of servants in a comprehensive discipleship ministry for children from birth through the sixth grade.
