Weekend Ministry During Covid 19 Pandemic

Weekend ministry programming for children has returned

There's a place for every kid at Edgewood! EdgeKids is designed to provide a safe and fun environment where children experience God's love for them through Bible teaching, drama, music, discussion and age-appropriate activities. A word about security: Great care is given to the safety of children. We have a secure children's ministry area and check in system. Everyone who serves in children's ministry at Edgewood has undergone child safety training and background checks.

Children's Ministry programming is only available during the Sunday 9:00AM and 10:45AM Worship Services at this time.

Awana (Wednesday Evening)

What is AWANA?

AWANA is an international youth program offered by Edgewood Baptist Church as a mid-week program for children age three years through 12th grade. The AWANA name is derived from scripture found in II Timothy 2:15: "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed."

AWANA meets on Wednesday evenings 6:30 - 8:00 pm September through April.

Super Saturdays (Summer)

We take one Saturday a month in June, July, and August and completely have a blast learning about Jesus. In August after the final Super Saturday we have a huge party, complete with inflatable jump houses and waterslides!
