Brian is the senior pastor at Edgewood and is responsible for preaching, vision casting, and leadership. He and his wife, Beth, joined the Edgewood family in 2013. He attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he was led to the Lord through the influence of his college roommate. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Brian serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Keep Believing Ministries, a Pro Contributor to SermonCentral.com, an author of two tracts (Soul Satisfaction and The Only Way), a contributor to the Preacher’s Sourcebook, and serves as the chaplain for the Quad Cities Missing Persons Network. He also hosts a weekly radio program called, “On Mission” that airs on WDLM on Sundays at 11:00am and 7:30pm. He enjoys running, reading, and spending time with his family. He’s also an avid Packers fan (but don’t hold that against him).

Ed is Associate Pastor overseeing Pastoral Care and Seniors. He is a native of western New York and studied at Faithway Baptist College in Michigan, receiving his bachelor's and master's degrees. He and his wife Sheila came to Edgewood in 1979 and Ed served as youth pastor for 21 years. He loves being grandpa to his granddaughters and grandsons. He also likes fishing and visiting his brother in Alaska.

Sheila is the Women's Ministry Director at Edgewood. She was born in Detroit, Michigan and attended Faithway Baptist College and Eastern Michigan University.  She is married to Ed, with whom she has served at Edgewood since 1979.  Sheila currently focuses on reaching women with the Gospel, connecting them to other Christian women, and helping them to grow in their relationship with Christ.  She enjoys hanging out with her three sons and their families, cooking, reading, and antiquing/junking. Chad joined the Edgewood staff in 2015. He leads Edgewood’s worship ministry and oversees the tech staff and communications. He and his wife, Becky—both Quad Cities natives—have three children. Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Trinity College and has over 25 years of experience leading worship and creative ministries in the local church.

He enjoys building teams and leading worship, songwriting, playing multiple instruments, music production, creating media, motion graphics, web design, photography, and graphic design. When not serving at the church or spending time with his family, Chad is most likely working on a home renovation project.

Kyle oversees Edgewood's discipleship ministries and our young adults ministry (MainSpring). He has been on staff since the summer of 2016 (initially as our youth and young adult pastor). He and his wife, Liesl, have four children: 3 boys and a girl. He attended Bryan College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and minors in Bible and History. Kyle also holds a Masters in Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University. He is passionate about young people, building relationships, missions, and discipleship. Along with youth and young adults ministry, Kyle enjoys world travel, reading, watching good movies, filmmaking, astrophotography, basketball and disc golf.

Chris Rogers is Edgewood's Youth Pastor, overseeing Junior High and Senior High School Ministries. He is passionate about reaching students with the gospel and discipleship to help them mature in their faith. Chris graduated from Clark Summit University with a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling. He is married to Jamie, and has two adult children. Chris and Jamie enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking, backpacking, traveling, and are always up for an adventure.

Daniel serves as the Administrative Pastor and is responsible for shepherding God's people and taking the lead in day-to-day operations necessary for the execution of Edgewood's mission and vision. In 1998, Daniel graduated from Jessup University with a double major in Pastoral Ministry and Bible ∓ Theology. Following this, he graduated from Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary with a master's degree in Christian Ministry, and then graduated from Regent University with a doctorate in Strategic Leadership. With 30+ years of ministry experience, Daniel has worked as a Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Administrative Pastor. Daniel also has experience in the areas of church planting, Christian education, sports ministry, Christian camps, accounting, facility care, and has done missionary work in Mexico, Croatia, and Africa. Daniel is married with four children and has one grandchild. He joined the team at Edgewood in 2024 and is passionate about God's good, pleasing, and perfect will being fulfilled in all areas of life.

Marcy is the Children’s Ministry Director at Edgewood. She oversees the children’s ministry from nursery to sixth grade. It is her passion to see children and their families grow in Christ. She graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. Marcy has worked and served with various children’s ministries for over 30 years, including Children’s Director at Youth Hope and a teacher at Quad Cities Christian School. Marcy also facilitates the Alzheimer’s/Dementia Support Group. She is married to Souk and they have two adult children. For leisure time, she likes going on long walks, or hiking, taking in the beauty of God’s creation.

Dan and his family joined the staff in May of 2010. Dan and his wife Beth have six children. Dan is currently serving by visiting shut-ins, making hospital visits, and general shepherding at Edgewoood. Dan's life verse is Colossians 2:6-7 "So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."

Dave joined the Edgewood staff in 2021. He is responsible for facilitating and supporting our weekend service production teams and systems (Audio, Video, Lighting, Livestream). Dave also invests his time and talent troubleshooting and improving systems in additional venues of the church. He has an Associate of Art’s degree in broadcasting from Blackhawk college and an Associate of Science degree in electronics from Hamilton Technical college. He has significant experience working with church technical ministries. Dave believes that technology is key to expanding the reach of the gospel and is always looking for new ways to reach more people for Christ. Dave and his wife Jana are natives of the Quad Cities and have one daughter.

David serves as Communications Associate at Edgewood, assisting Pastor Chad with graphic design and organizational support for all print and digital communications. He and his wife, Kate, joined Edgewood in 2023. A graduate of California College of the Arts with a BFA in Illustration, David has over 20 years of experience as a visual artist. He enjoys drawing, painting, web design, and playing guitar, through which he also serves on Edgewood’s Worship Team. David and Kate also enjoy running their home baking business and pursuing other creative entrepreneurial projects.

Micah is passionate about reaching students where they are at and walking with them to help them to learn to own their faith. Micah is working on his Bachelor's in Biblical Studies through Moody Bible Institute. He has been coming to Edgewood since August of 2021 and started with the Young Adults' Group and became a member soon after. With him came his parents, Souk and Marcy, as well as his sister Abi. Micah enjoys drawing, reading, hiking, and blacksmithing, and is always ready for what comes next.

Tiffany helps oversee the children’s ministry from nursery to sixth grade. She is a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a heart for children and a passion for helping them connect with their faith. Tiffany has served with different children’s ministries for over 10 years and worked as a preschool teacher for 11 years. She is married to Shawn and they have 4 children. Some of her hobbies include baking, reading, and doing puzzles.

Liesl Parks is married to Pastor Kyle Parks. They have four children—three boys and one girl. She attended Bryan College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Bible. She also has a degree in Physical Therapy but only works occasionally/PRN in this area currently as four young kids at home keep her quite busy. She is passionate in teaching children about the Bible, to love Jesus, and to grow as little disciples, in meaningful and creative ways. She also enjoys the outdoors, reading, traveling, and being with family and friends.

Marie is a graduate of Free Will Baptist Bible College and joined our staff in 2007 as our Office Assistant. In 2022 Marie became Edgewood's Office Manager. She works on many different publications of Edgewood and assists the pastors in their ministries. She received Christ at an early age and has been serving the Lord most of her life.

Lynn Johnson has been on staff since March 2022. She has been a member of Edgewood since June 2017. She is part of the Celebrate Recovery ministry. She has 2 sons and 4 grandchildren; she will be a great grandma in October 2022. She enjoys being outside in warmer weather and spending time with all her family and friends.

Darlene is Edgewood's full-time custodian. She brings with her over twenty years of experience. Darlene was formerly a custodian at Augustana College, but when the opportunity became available at Edgewood, she desired to become part of our team.
